What is your Product Return/Cancelation Policy?
It is our desire to serve our customers to the very best of our ability and to the highest standards of excellence. This page explains our policies on issuing refunds.

Refunds will be issued in the same manner as payment. If payment was via credit card, refund will be issued to the card used. If payment was by check, refund will be by check.

Customers who are removed from a plan or service for any reason, including violations of code of conduct, will not be issued a refund for their plan/service fees.

We accept cancelations at any time. We do not prorate any unused service or plan duration.
If you choose to cancel because of an interruption of service that is deemed failure on the part of Distance Training Pro you will receive a full refund of your current months service fee.

*Closeout items, sale items, or items purchased at special events cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

**DistanceTraining.Pro offers you limited license to plugins and features that are only available on our servers. If you cancel and choose to migrate your website you will not have access to that limited licensing and you would be responsible to purchase your own licenses outside our servers. PURCHASING LICENSING IS AT YOUR COST AND WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR YOUR WEBSITE FUNCTIONS OUTSIDE OF OUR SERVERS.
